This is Edlyn from my Film WIP Conflagration.

I tried some new techniques on this one to create the textures of the rocks and stuff.

Used my new Tria Markers =D

markers are a pain in the arse to use and expensive too.

I envy you people who can use markers so well. I still struggle with traditional media that isn't an erasable pencil ;D

The blending of colours in the sky is awesome.

I dont think they are a pain.
Just like everything else, it takes practice thats all =)

Jsut by working wet on wet for me.
Sometimes using a blender to wet the paper first helps, but I find that it dries before i even finish layering it on HA!
Its mostly Tria markers and some copics, promarker and prisma colour markers.
