I would appreciate the promotion of this cause particularly because simply reading the category description would kill 90% of the miscats, such as photography in traditional art or Manga/anime.
I for one am tired of trying to find some good art, but getting side tracked reporting tons of miscats because people just don't read, or don't care.

its simple, when you submit your deviation, and you are choosing the category, the yellow box has a link. just click "view description" and you can read it and make sure its the right place.

Remember, if you are stuck you can always note a GD ( FAQ #18: Who selects the Daily Deviation and how is it chosen? ) or file a +helpdesk ticket.
