In Toon Boom Studio, you lack the ability to be able to import and export palettes to save them separately (like you can in Solo and Opus).
I've devised a way to make palettes in the most painless way possible, for me.

This part one is about creating and setting up the palette to make them Toon Boom compatible, using Adobe Illustrator.

Toon boom is an animation program, if you don't know what it is, or why you need palettes, this tutorial is probably not relevant or too advanced for you.
